ADMISSION PROCESS

Thank you for your interest in Monarch Christian Montessori.  In order for us to ensure the best service for your child and your family, please follow the instructions below.

01.

Schedule a school tour.

02.

Submit a registration form (signed by both parents) and the following documents:

  • Proof of the child’s identity

  • The Virginia School Entrance Form (needs to be signed by a physician)

  • A copy of the child’s Immunization Card

  • Emergency Information Card

  • Questionnaire

  • Acknowledgement of Parent Handbook

  • Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)

03.

​​Enroll your FACTS account and  set up your annual payment plan.

 

Submit the the following fees :

  • FACTS Enrollment Fee ($50/year)

  • Non-refundable registration fee/ ($215: Summer & Fall session / $65: Summer Session).

  • Non-refundable tuition deposit

04.

Once the registration is completed,  the school  will send you a confirmation via email. 

05.

​​The school will schedule trial days for your child to visit the school. 

ENROLLMENT

ADMISSIONS

The school will send you a confirmation letter of enrollment and schedule a parent orientation, to review the curriculum and policies.

All documentation needs to be submitted at least one week prior to the child’s first day at our school. No child is allowed to start until the school office receives all necessary documentation.

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

Monarch Christian Montessori accepts enrollment from children 18 months to 12 years of age, regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, and sex.

 

  • Our school is open Monday through Friday from 7:30AM5:00PM.

  • The fall session runs from September to June.

  • The summer session runs from July to August.
